As a Marine, teacher, and somewhat gym enthusiast I've learned to focus on progress rather than perfection. Whether I am comparing test scores or physical aesthetics I find looking for growth is the most satisfying accomplishment. Moving to Atlanta from Fort Worth, I saw a huge shift in what I thought was possible. Now I want to take that shift and share it with everyone. One day at a time, one step at a time.
